Forest Grove’s recent snowfall hasn’t been all fun and games. The heavy combination of snow and rain the morning of Tuesday, March 1 was too much for some of the oak trees on campus. One fell onto the roadway of Pacific Ave., blocking one lane of traffic, damaging one of the city’s new streetlights and causing a power outage. Other trees dropped large branches. Pacific sent out warnings via Boxer Alert System, however, classes were not cancelled.
