Pacific is still on the hunt for replacement coaches.

Former Special Teams coach Aaron Cloud and tight ends coach Patrick Walsh left Pacific after this past fall season, and have yet to be replaced.

Cloud is now working as a receiver’s coach with Claremont McKenna in Claremont, Calif. since leaving the Boxers.

Walsh is the new offensive line coach for the University of Texas since his short stint  withw Pacific.

The football team has spent their spring season without Cloud’s and Walsh’s insight and wisdom, but Head Coach Keith Buckley said he does not think it has affected his players negatively.

With spring training nearing its completion the Boxers are looking forward to the fall season.

Players are already spreading rumors that they are going to surpass expectations and win “multiple” games this year.

Replacing the lost coaches is the first step to success for the team.

Buckley said there have been no final decisions about who is to step in, but admitted they have been interviewing a couple of prospective men for the job.

Buckley said he is hoping to have the positions filled sometime in May.
