The Colleges Against Cancer club hosted Boob Bingo on Oct. 21 in the U.C. from 5 to 7 p.m. Boob Bingo is a bingo-style game with cancer facts on each bingo card. Winning Boob Bingo participants received various gifts based around cancer awarness. Students who donated to the event were given pink cookies. Club members sophomore Mellissa Wilson and freshman Claire McMahon (left) read out bingo numbers. Freshman Lucy Mercer (right) was one of the lucky bingo players who won a Relay for Life t-shirt. The club is raising money for their annual Relay for Life in April and for their trip to Light the Night walk in Portland on Oct. 27. The Light the Night event supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All proceeds the club earns either goes to the American Cancer Society or helps fund events throughout the school year.
