“I’ve Got Goals” poetry slam kicks of Homecoming week

Pacific students, alumni and supporters alike gathered in the Milky Way on Sept. 24 for the “I’ve Got Goals” poetry slam. This event was the first of the Pacific Slam season, featuring the talents of poet Eirean Bradley, host and organizer of the Portland Poetry Slam. Jacob Collins-Wilson, a former Pacific student, took home the grand prize in the slam poetry competition. About 30 people attended the slam. Performers included about 10 students including Brianna Castellini (far left), students from Forest Grove High School, adults from the Forest Grove community and more.
