Stoller Center posts new times, prepares new student activities

Students requests have been answered thanks to Director of University Center and Student Activities Steve Klein, who pushed for the extension of the Stoller Center’s hours.
The Stoller Center hasn’t always closed its doors at 10 p.m., and starting on Nov. 6 the hours were extended to midnight, with the exception of Sunday when it is open until 10 p.m.
Klein has been working on finding a way to extend the hours for the last two years and recently hired a part time night time monitor to oversee the facilities.
Also, Klein said they have increased their work-study coverage to help keep the building safe and presentable.
Greg Bradley, who is also the head coach of the baseball team at Pacific, is in charge of all facilitates in the Stoller Center. He is responsible for maintenance and upkeep on the equipment and rooms.
Klein also said he is hoping to be able to host Zumba workouts and one day sports tournaments.  The new hours will allow these feats to be much more realistic.
If students have any questions regarding the hours of operation they can contact Klein at Kleinsk@pacificu.edu.
