Student Conduct Violation/Alcohol

Approximately 12:00 am
Forest Grove Police contacted CPS about the unauthorized use of a Pacific owned vehicle. Three students entered B Street Farm using university issued keys where they were reportedly drinking and smoking marijuana. They had also built a small fire outside a near building.
Two of the students were under 21 and were cited by police for minors in possession of alcohol. The 22-year-old student was arrested by the Forest Grove Police for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating substance.
Weapons Violation

Approximately 12:45 p.m.
CPS observed a white male adult sitting at a table carving coupons from newspapers with a double-edged knife. The officer asked the suspect to put the knife away and escorted him off campus. Forest Grove Police cited the man for carrying a concealed weapon.
Drugs/Alcohol
February 4, 2011
Approximately 10:45 p.m.
CPS found four minors in possession of alcohol in a residence hall room. Two students also had marijuana and smoking devices. Officers seized the marijuana and smoking devices and destroyed the alcohol. One of the students admittted to having more marijuana in his room. The additional marijuana, smoking devices were seized and students were referred to the conduct advisor.
Alcohol/Disorderly Conduct

Approximately 11:00 p.m.
CPS officers saw a female running across University Avenue and possibly being chased by two other females. The female was intoxicted and distraught. Emergency Medical Services determined there was no threat to herself or others. CPS officers then escorted the female back to her residence hall.
Drugs
January 10, 2011
Approximately 7:30 p.m.
CPS responded to a report of marijuana smell in a residence hall. The officers found three students who had used marijuana and psyllocybin mushrooms. One student collapsed and received medical treatment. The student was then taken into custody by Forest Grove Police on felony drug charges.
Harassment
December 20, 2010
Approximately 2:30 p.m.
CPS was notified of a male caller who has made repeated angry and agitated phone calls to the President’s office since December.  The caller’s remarks are very abusive to the staff and will not talk reasonbly. The calls have become increasingly angry.
