Walking down the path between Vanders’, the familiar hint of red looking up to the sky and the slight crunch underneath our feet is a highly missed feeling. The cold morning weather welcomes cozy clothes and a warm pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. The Center for Gender Equity (CGE) moved into a new space in Scott Hall in August earlier this year, which is slowly becoming the home for all student life centers like the Student Multicultural Center (SMC), McCall Center for Student Engagement (MCCE), and now the CGE. “Among Us” Characters Taped to Spirit Bench for Incredibly Online Reasons

A slew of paper notes with “Among Us” characters printed on them was removed from the Spirit Bench in late September, an act of protest later determined to be because this particular phrase was removed by moderators of Pacific University’s official instant messaging service Discord, Boxercord.

Women Support Women

As a group, the women’s soccer team made a decision to travel to Dallas, Texas to play two matches during such a controversial time. This Texas trip to play has been planned for the last year and a half, with COVID being the primary reason it kept getting postponed. While preparing for this trip and the season, the state passed the Texas Heartbeat Act.
